Does this work with my EMR?
Yes, if you use Accuro®: CleverConsult works inside it through an API integration. With any other EMR, fax or upload the referral package and copy the note back into your EMR.
Is the IBD Dashboard available yet?
The IBD Dashboard is coming soon. The IBD Profile is available now.
Is this hard to implement?
No. Save your CleverConsult fax-to number in your EMR and start faxing us your referrals.
Is it PHIPA/PIPEDA compliant?
Yes. Legal and privacy are incredibly important to us. We're fully compliant with patient health information regulations and develop with security and privacy in mind.
Do I require consent from my patients to use CleverConsult?
No. CleverConsult is part of your toolset as the Health Information Custodian (HIC) and no consent is needed from patients to use it.
How do I get started?

Can I use templates from another scribe?
Yes. Copy and paste your templates into our template builder and you'll be set.
