Find every patient overdue for a test or follow-up, and automatically task your admin to book it.
The full dashboard also covers care gaps, disease activity and remission, current therapy, steroid exposure and trial eligibility, and every view can be filtered by disease and drug.

Clinical trial screening
Each patient is screened against every active trial's inclusion and exclusion criteria while the chart is reviewed. There is no separate chart review and nothing to set up. Only trials at your site or nearby sites are included.
Open a trial to see which criteria the patient meets, which rule them out, and the chart evidence behind each one.
Anything the chart cannot settle is flagged for review, so a coordinator confirms before the patient is approached.
Ileocolonic Crohn's disease, diagnosed on colonoscopy and biopsy in May 2016.
34 years old.
No CDAI is recorded. The clinic note of 22 Sep 2026 describes five to six loose stools a day and daily abdominal pain for six weeks, which suggests moderate activity, but the score needs to be calculated at screening.
Colonoscopy 14 Jul 2026: SES-CD 9, with ulcers in the terminal ileum and ascending colon.
MR enterography 2 Aug 2026 shows a 6 cm terminal ileal stricture with upstream dilation. Whether it is symptomatic needs review.
The only bowel surgery is an ileocecal resection in 2019.

Why this matters
We know the guidelines. But the details that matter most are often buried in long charts, and patients who miss tests or appointments quietly fall behind. The published evidence shows what those gaps cost.
21%
of biologic-naïve UC patients who were overdue for follow-up had inflammation on fecal calprotectin while in clinical remission.
MacKay et al., Diseases, 2025. https://doi.org/10.3390/diseases14010002
69%
of IBD patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer had no colonoscopy in the prior 5 years.
Kim et al., Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, 2022. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cgh.2022.02.048
11% to 82%
Bone density screening rates in IBD patients before and after reminders, including an EMR prompt, made the indication visible in clinic.
